1. The bed adopts a 45-degree integral casting structure, and adopts a hard rail and built-in spindle structure to increase the rigidity and service life of the machine tool.
2. The hydraulic system assembly is installed to realize the automatic clamping of the workpiece and the automatic function of the hydraulic tail top.
3. The support design is reasonable, the heat dissipation is good, and the heat balance between the upper and lower parts of the spindle makes the heat spread to the bed as little as possible, so as to achieve the most effective heat release of the spindle and reduce the thermal deformation.
