1. The bed adopts 60 integral casting structure, and the spindle adopts the sleeve spindle with a standard inner cone structure, the hydraulic chuck and the spring chuck can be directly installed, without the need for a transition flange, and the chuck can be quickly replaced.
2. The hydraulic system assembly is installed to realize the automatic clamping of the workpiece and the automatic function of the hydraulic tail top.
3. The support design is reasonable, the heat dissipation is good, the sleeve spindle is installed on the center line of the spindle, and the upper and lower parts of the spindle are balanced in heat, so that the heat spreads to the bed as little as possible, so as to achieve the most effective spindle heat release and reduce thermal deformation.
Fourth, the machine tool uses a rear hydraulic turret design, which has good rigidity, easy chip removal, and implements the overall protection of the whole machine tool, so as to better effectively protect the components of the machine tool.
